As the board chair of a large community provider organization during a time of transition, my duties were time consuming and stressful.

MHQ’s team worked with me to make sure our organization was not only stabilized, but moving forward, taking the operations and executive leadership off of my plate, and enabling me to focus on the long term needs of the organization.

Their expertise and attention to detail allowed me to have the time to focus on my job separate from the role as board chair of this organization.  Thanks to MHQ, our association is healthy and thriving, volunteers are engaged, and our industry is making huge progress.

Dave Cook, 2014 and 2015 Board President
Chief Executive Officer, Zumbro Valley Health Center

The Private Risk Management Association (PRMA) valued the expertise of Dara Rudick and the MHQ team when launching their association.

The MHQ team is entrepreneurial, strategic, and responsive.  They understand the needs of national associations, and have the experience and expertise to help support associations as they expand and grow.

Sandra Bravo, PRMA Board Member and Founder

I’m responsible for building a large, national network of stakeholders, and for coordinating collaborative work connecting members.

MHQ expands my capacity to support our members, making it easier for members to engage in meaningful ways. MHQ’s support allows me to focus on things that need knowledge only I have, knowing MHQ has the details covered.

The MHQ team is an extension of my own work, supporting the effectiveness of our network in both strategy and implementation.

MHQ first started working with the Minnesota Library Association (MLA) at a challenging time in our history.

We have been thrilled with the team MHQ built for us – our executive leader, our events management, and our financial management team.
MHQ’s work has supported record event attendance, record membership numbers, and overall growth.

As board president, I have truly enjoyed working with the MHQ team, as they have been a true strategic partner in our success.

Michele McGraw, MLA 2014 Board President

Mike SalmenRudick and her team ran a for-profit technology company, owned by the association,  that delivered 2/3 of our organization’s revenue.
They continually developed new products to serve and retain members, which resulted in double-digit organizational revenue growth, and consistent net income to the association year after year.  She and her team drove results to our association.

Former President, Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate

Barb GriemanThe most important attribute Dara brought to the BBB was leadership.  She quickly determined where policies and structure needed to be added and went to work.

By providing her team consistent communication and strong direction in a positive way, the BBB was able to develop a new and successful retention program that increased our membership rates dramatically.  Our BBB currently has the second highest retention rate in the country. Dara is truly an outstanding individual and her expertise left a great impact on our organization.

Barb Grieman
Vice President, Better Business Bureau of MN and ND

Sheila DeVineRudick and her team made it easy, enjoyable and rewarding for industry leaders to volunteer their time to serve the association.

I personally enjoyed working with Dara, and appreciated her association expertise and her ability to attract the highest caliber team members to serve the association.  She is a strategic, long-term thinker, and a respectful, results-driven leader.

Sheila DeVine, President, Warnert Commercial Real Estate
Former President, MNCAR Exchange

Tom MayerDara is a miracle worker.  She consistently under-promises and over-delivers.  If you want big time ROI for your organization, then you’ll want to work with Management HQ.

Tom Mayer, Rainmaker (and Founder), Direct Benefits, Inc.

Becky TimmRudick was able to put together a team to serve as the interim executive leadership for our association and successfully secure a permanent Executive Director.

During an extremely challenging transition for the organization, Rudick and her team were able to put systems in place to recognize efficiencies, connect with volunteers, and even successfully oversee the sale of our office building.

The work of Rudick and her team has helped to secure the future of PPNA, and allows us to serve and deliver great value to our constituents.
